feat: patches(modify_app_theme): override tetbinhngo theme with [Tu Hao Viet Nam] theme ... Lunar New Year is now over, but the latest app is still not removes that theme from their app. this commits adds [Viet Nam] function as theme, it will override the [tetbinhngo] theme with [Tu Hao Viet Nam] one.
