The audio hal expects the version of the android and sound trigger
hal to match.
As the prebuilt sound trigger hal is built with a BSP based on
Android 10, the version is older than expected and sound trigger fails
to initialize.

We recently created a new GID that can be granted to critical system
processes, so that the system is usable enough for the user to free
up disk space used by abusive apps.
128MB ought to be enough for anybody.

* remove caf schedutil strings to align to the current xiaomi-sdm845 config
* remove cpu_boost as it is redundant
* remove process reclaim strings (it's not even enabled in our kernel)
* remove ufs scaling as it is now disabled in the kernel

Enable ro.lmk.use_minfree_levels flag to use minfree levels to decide
when lmkd should kill. This makes lmkd work the same way lowmemorykiller
kernel driver used to work.

Currently all writes to the dev interface are done
by WriteStringToFd that uses char internally.
The current values seem to expect to be written as s32,
this sadly won't happen and triggers a special case in
the write handling of pm_qos_power_write:
it expects char buffers to be encoded as base16 and
decodes them.
This means the current 44 is actually 0x44 -> 68 seen by
the kernel.
Luckily it seems like both accepted values for this node
don't hit the threshold to enter C2, so it was never
noticed in real usage and didn't effect the device
C-States handling during hints.
