perf: cache KSU driver fd to avoid repeated syscalls
...
Previously, grab_fd() was called on every send_unmountable() invocation,
resulting in redundant syscalls. Now use pthread_once to ensure the fd
is grabbed only once and cached for subsequent uses.
- Add g_driver_fd static variable with pthread_once initialization
- Modify grab_fd() to return cached fd after first call
- Remove explicit grab_fd() call in magic_mount()
- Add error checking for invalid fd values
This reduces syscall overhead when registering multiple mount points.

- Add collect_partition_from_modules() for direct partition collection
- Remove odm from builtin_parts (now via EXTRA_PARTS)
- Extra partitions: <module>/<part>/ instead of <module>/system/<part>/
- Builtin partitions (vendor/product/system_ext) unchanged for compatibility

feat: add symlink compatibility for module partition layout

Support non-standard module structure where system/<partition> uses
symlinks (e.g., system/vendor -> ../vendor) pointing to sibling
directories at module root level.
Problem:
When a module uses the layout:
module/
├── system/
│ └── vendor -> ../vendor
└── vendor/
└── etc/config
The symlink node in system/ would conflict with the real vendor/
directory, causing mounts to be skipped or fail.

fix: add fallback support for .replace marker file

The replace-dir detection relied solely on the xattr,
causing .replace marker files to be ignored.
This commit restores the intended behavior by checking for
<dir>/.replace when the xattr is missing or empty.
