# Instance Agreement

|
- You need to read it before creating account on this instance.
|
|
|
|

|
This instance can down anytime, so please save your repositories to other instances too !
|
|
|
|
## By creating account and use this instance, you ARE NOT allowed to do these things :
|
|
|
|
- Bullying users
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Pushing AI/LLM-powered, AI/LLM-first repositories
|
|
|
|
- Force someone to use AI/LLM no matter they want it or not
|
|
|
|
- Illegal repositories that is confirmed against the Bank's regular like VCAM.
|
|
|
|
## Exception
|
|
- Repository / projects that is not AI/LLM generated, hand-written, but then "supported" by little help or a bit of suggestion from LLMs is still acceptable.
|
|
- Note that this policy doesn't mean you can just ask LLMs to commit for you then push to the server, suggestion level, auto-completion level? "acceptable", you have to know what it does. the LLM commited, or you put garbage code to this server? your repo will be nuked.

|
|
|
|
|
|

If you violated the above mentioned things, one of the following action might happens
|
|
|
|
- Repository deletion
|
|
- Account suspension / deletion
|
|
|
|
## Privacy
|
|
- We do see your IP, username, and email address when you access this instance from the forgejo logs, but I don't do anything with it. Only me knows your IP, but my brain tell me to not sell or use it in any purposes.
|
|
|
|
- Your Email address stay private, except if you commit with the same address as in your account.
|
|
|
|
- When you delete your account, anything in the account will be deleted permanently. We do not store or have any backup of your data.
|
|
|
