# Instance Agreement

- You need to read it before creating account on this instance, please read carefully or i'll mad if you violating them :>

This instance can down anytime, so be sure to also save your repository to other instances !

## By creating account and use this instance, you MUST comply with my agreement described below :
|
|
|
|
- Any repository & users that abusing this instance or bullying me & others (eg : Cuynu is g**, they can't do anything | MBCPVibeUltra/MBCPVibe/VibeMBCP) will be deleted.
|
|
|
|
- Do NOT create any **repositories** or automate any your actions under this instance or pushing commits with AI/LLM.
|
|
|
|
- Repositories that is related to AI/LLM or AI-generated code will also be deleted.
|
|
|
|
- Illegal repositories that is confirmed against the Bank's regular like VCAM or against Vietnamese's laws will also be deleted.
|
|
|
|
## Data
|
|
- I'd see your IP, username, email address when you access this instance from the forgejo logs, but I don't do anything with it. It's all private, only me know your IP, but my brain tell me to not sell or use it in any purposes.
