mfd: syscon: atmel-smc: Add helper to retrieve register layout
For HSMC controller, the register layout depends on the device i.e. the
offset of setup, pulse, cycle, mode and timings registers is not the
same. An helper is added to provide the correct register layout.

USB patches for 4.12-rc1
Here is the big USB patchset for 4.12-rc1. Lots of good stuff here, after many many many attempts, the kernel finally has a working typeC interface, many thanks to the Heikki and Guenter and others who have taken the time to get this merged. It wasn't an easy path for them at all. There's also a staging driver that uses this new api, which is why it's coming in through this tree. Along with that, there's the usual huge number of changes for gadget drivers, xhci, and other stuff. Johan also finally refactored pretty much every driver that was looking at USB endpoints to do it in a common way, which will help prevent any "badly-formed" devices from causing problems in drivers. That too wasn't a simple task. All of these have been in linux-next for a while with no reported issues. Phy drivers access PMU region through regmap provided by exynos-pmu driver. However there is no need to duplicate defines for PMU registers. Instead just use whatever is defined in exynos-regs-pmu.h. Additionally MIPI PHY registers for Exynos5433 start from the same address as Exynos4 and Exynos5250 so re-use existing defines. This reduces number of defines and allows removal of one header file. Driver updates for v4.1. Some of these are for drivers/soc, where we find more
and more SoC-specific drivers these days. Some are for other driver subsystems
where we have received acks from the appropriate maintainers.
The larger parts of this branch are:
- MediaTek support for their PMIC wrapper interface, a high-level interface
for talking to the system PMIC over a dedicated I2C interface.
- Qualcomm SCM driver has been moved to drivers/firmware. It's used for CPU
up/down and needs to be in a shared location for arm/arm64 common code.
- Cleanup of ARM-CCI PMU code.
- Anoter set of cleanusp to the OMAP GPMC code.

"Driver updates for v4.1. Some of these are for drivers/soc, where we
find more and more SoC-specific drivers these days. Some are for
other driver subsystems where we have received acks from the
appropriate maintainers.
The larger parts of this branch are:
- MediaTek support for their PMIC wrapper interface, a high-level
interface for talking to the system PMIC over a dedicated I2C
interface.
- Qualcomm SCM driver has been moved to drivers/firmware. It's used
for CPU up/down and needs to be in a shared location for arm/arm64
common code.
- cleanup of ARM-CCI PMU code.
- another set of cleanusp to the OMAP GPMC code"

ARM: SoC platform updates for v4.1
Our SoC branch usually contains expanded support for new SoCs and other core
platform code. In this case, that includes:
- Support for the new Annapurna Labs "Alpine" platform
- A rework greatly simplifying adding new platform support to the MCPM
subsystem (Multi-cluster power management)
- Cpuidle and PM improvements for Exynos3250
- Misc updates for Renesas, OMAP, Meson, i.MX. Some of these could have
gone in other branches but ended up here for various reasons.

ARM: SoC fixes for 3.11-rc
This is a largeish batch of fixes, mostly because I missed -rc2 due to
travel/vacation. So in number these are a bit more than ideal unless
you amortize them over two -rcs.
Quick breakdown:
- Defconfig updates
- Making multi_v7_defconfig useful on more hardware to encourage
single-image usage
- Davinci and nomadik updates due to new code merged this merge window
- Fixes for UART on Samsung platforms, both PM and clock-related
- A handful of warning fixes from defconfig builds, including for
max8925 backlight and pxamci (both with appropriate acks)
- Exynos5440 fixes for LPAE configuration, PM
- ...plus a bunch of other smaller changes all over the place
I expect to switch to regressions-or-severe-bugs-only fixes from here
on out.

Merge tag 'fixes-for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/arm/arm-soc
Pull ARM SoC fixes from Olof Johansson:
"This is a largeish batch of fixes, mostly because I missed -rc2 due to
travel/vacation. So in number these are a bit more than ideal unless
you amortize them over two -rcs.
Quick breakdown:
- Defconfig updates
- Making multi_v7_defconfig useful on more hardware to encourage
single-image usage
- Davinci and nomadik updates due to new code merged this merge
window
- Fixes for UART on Samsung platforms, both PM and clock-related
- A handful of warning fixes from defconfig builds, including for
max8925 backlight and pxamci (both with appropriate acks)
- Exynos5440 fixes for LPAE configuration, PM
- ...plus a bunch of other smaller changes all over the place
I expect to switch to regressions-or-severe-bugs-only fixes from here
on out"
