ANDROID: GKI: export symbols from abi_gki_aarch64_qcom_whitelist

Browse source 
Run the script,
  $ ../build/gki/add_EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL < abi_gki_aarch64_qcom_whitelist

This will export all the required symbols that are in this kernel.
