feat: zdefend-fix(customize.sh): check for older LSPosed and open link to install Vector

other LSPosed can be used aswell, as long as it newer than 7199+

older LSPosed causes [Device is not compatible] dialog in app with VTAP 40202 error [Runtime Tampering]
