feat: patches(modify_app_theme): override tetbinhngo theme with [Tu Hao Viet Nam] theme 
Lunar New Year is now over, but the latest app is still not removes that theme from their app.

this commits adds [Viet Nam] function as theme, it will override the [tetbinhngo] theme with [Tu Hao Viet Nam] one.

feat: mbcpapp.sh: check for right app when convert apk or unpacking & refer to docs folder 
prevent other apps from being accepted as the patcher is supposed to only works with MBBank `com.mbmobile`

im so bored and literally has nothing to do.

[1/2] feat: {parse.sh, common.sh}: "y2k" support 
parse whole version, avoid potential patches leak when, for example, 6.5.0 lands

get_mb_ver now must have an argument,
for any usage outside of what ive grep'd, to retain the previous behavior, pass '2'
