refactor: treewide: (2/3) break free from home dir restriction 
git grep -lz . | xargs -0 sed -i -e 's|~/mbbpatch/MBCPApp|$DIRPATH|g'

now we can clone to whereever we want, not just $HOME

fixup! patch.sh: completely migrate to sed_libapp 
- the filepath is unnessecary and does not do anything as $2 is unused
- since sed_libapp already do both armeabi-v7a and arm64-v8a, only one
  command is needed per sed operation

gotta apologize for the sudden commonizing
