feat: patcher(mbcpapp.sh): check for v6.5.15+ and warn before run patch app func

since v6.5.15, the check is more stricter, extended to all files in assets and apk after converted to apk

it will trigger checksum fail error and throw GW934 error as response.

fix is not implemented yet, but it depends on new lib : `libnframes.so`, without that the login button is not clickable.
