feat: legacy_hide_vtap.sh: introduce [Legacy hide VTAP activity & dialog] patch

This patch is needed on some ugly devices that cannot work with standard [Hide VTAP root detection activity & dialog] patch and crashing

It's behaviour is the same as before v6.4.53 : App opens but when trying to login, app will just simply throw GW908 error.
