chore: mbcpapp.sh: Repack: directly restore sig with one apkeditor invocation

massively speed up repacking, again

on my Acer Aspire E1-471 with an i3-2328M and an HDD, repacking time
under apkeditor part is cut short from 2+ minutes to 3 seconds

Test: repack, app install successfully
