Cole Faust f5d1d3a705 Cleanup python version properties 
Now that python 2 is fully removed, there's no need for
version-specific properties. Remove them.

Also remove usages of embedded_launcher: true, as that
is the new default value.

Bring the Thread networking protocol to Android.

Try Thread with Cuttlefish

# Get the code and go to the Android source code root directory

launch_cvd

Open https://localhost:8443/ in your web browser, you can find the Thread demoapp (with the Thread logo) in the cuttlefish instance. Open it and have fun with Thread!
