Yuyang Huang eb3c631b89 Rename TapPacketReader to PollPacketReader for broader applicability 
* Renamed TapPacketReader to PollPacketReader to better reflect its
  functionality beyond TAP interface interaction.
* The class includes general logic for polling and sending packets to
  file descriptors, making it suitable for wider use cases.

Bring the Thread networking protocol to Android.

Try Thread with Cuttlefish

# Get the code and go to the Android source code root directory

launch_cvd

Open https://localhost:8443/ in your web browser, you can find the Thread demoapp (with the Thread logo) in the cuttlefish instance. Open it and have fun with Thread!
