Hugo Benichi cf17909273 ConnectivityMetricsEvent: add ifname, netid, transports ... This patch adds new fields to ConnectivityMetricsEvent to make it more symmetric to IpConnectivityEvent in ipconnectivity.proto. Follow-up patches will start populating these fields for users of IpConnectivityLog.
