Chiachang Wang c5c3bfb20e Replace clearAll with withoutDefaultCapabilities ... As the feedback from API review, the clearAll method in Builder does not match the actual usage. Thus, remove it and replace with withoutDefaultCapabilities to provide clearer usage.
