Chiachang Wang c1215d3d46 Remove unused MockableSystemProperties from DnsManager constructor ... DnsManager does not use MockableSystemProperties to communicate with netd to configure the dns server anymore. ConnectivityService does not need to take it into DnsManager as a parameter.
