(unfortunately need to keep kernelVersion() around for some uses outside of p/m/C) The goal of this is to make isAtLeastKernelVersion() checks cheaper. Currently they all have to check that we've already parsed uname... We use that all over the place, even at runtime in BpfMap.h.
