Tommy Webb bd083ca393 Firewall: More apps/uids again ... Bumping again. See I293f99ec498e4ccac98c39f298ba01ba554f2e33. Reasons are all the same. MEMLOCK_RLIMIT is not a concern anymore because libbpf will automatically increase it if needed for kernels not using cgroup accounting.
