Joel Scherpelz ba37c6c7d8 Wakeup packet mark/mask configuration option ... Rules will only be installed if a device specific config.xml overrides the default values of mark and mask. This change also fixes a bug where wakeup rules added by the wakeup controller would never be removed because updateInterfaces() is not invoked on wifi network change or disable.
