Jeff Sharkey b4d8c1fd1c Introduce immediate CONNECTIVITY_ACTION variant. ... New broadcast that is dispatched immediately after connectivity changes have been handled by ConnectivityService, bypassing any applicable CONNECTIVITY_CHANGE_DELAY.
