Yang Sun ffd3986c99 Fix flaky test for trel service discovery 
When checking for trel services published by a BR, we need to filter the
services by their service name, since there might be other devices
publishing trel service at the same time.

Bring the Thread networking protocol to Android.

Try Thread with Cuttlefish

# Get the code and go to the Android source code root directory

launch_cvd

Open https://localhost:8443/ in your web browser, you can find the Thread demoapp (with the Thread logo) in the cuttlefish instance. Open it and have fun with Thread!
