Handa Wang 7ade29d142 [Thread] ignore the flaky test case advertisingProxy_srpClientUnregistersService_serviceIsNotDiscoverableByMdns 
The flakiness of this test case is 1%. Disable the test case to prevent
the whole test module from being demotioned.
