Lorenzo Colitti 175fefc795 Correctly dump IPv4 downstream flows. 
The current code does not print these correctly: it prints the
public address twice and then the NAT address. Fix this to print
the src, nat, and dst addresses.

Also dump the output MAC address.

Example output:
