Paul Hu 596a500607 Check service ttl expiration 
Now, every services are cached on MdnsServiceCache, so the
remaining TTL should be checked when retrieving services from
the MdnsServiceCache and have a callback to notify the
MdnsServiceTypeClient about expired services.
