Kangping Dong 29918c1d45 [Thread] add config_thread_mdns_vendor_specific_txts 
per offline discussion, it's better to provide support of customizing
any vendor-specific TXTs to make the solution more generic. The preivous
defined "vgh" TXT entry is deprected.

Bring the Thread networking protocol to Android.

Try Thread with Cuttlefish

# Get the code and go to the Android source code root directory

launch_cvd

Open https://localhost:8443/ in your web browser, you can find the Thread demoapp (with the Thread logo) in the cuttlefish instance. Open it and have fun with Thread!
