Patrick Rohr 7959e96bc8 Add networkAllowBypassVpnOnNetwork to INetd.aidl interface ... This will allow the system to temporarily grant the browser to bypass VPN when explicitly selecting a network, which will be used for migrating the CaptivePortal app to custom tabs.
