Kefan Tu 4cb9cfa3a1 Disable data saver mode in AbstractRestrictBackgroundNetworkTestCase setup ... This test assumes the data saver mode is initially disabled, but WearOS enables the mode on boot. This change fixes the precondition in the setUp method.
