Junyu Lai 244f3e3df2 Add light-weight DefferedBroadcastReceiver for handling broadcast events ... This commit introduces the DeferredBroadcastReceiver class, which defers received Intent handling using a Handler. It prevents Application Not Responding (ANR) errors by offloading potentially time-consuming or blocking operations triggered by broadcast event handling, even if `onReceive` takes a long time on the handler thread.
