Handa Wang 18e8b27832 [Thread] add a NAT64 test case for UDP echo server 
This CL adds a test case for UDP traffic in InternetAccessTest. The test case verifies that a Thread device can send a UDP message to a UDP echo server and receive a reply.

Bring the Thread networking protocol to Android.

Try Thread with Cuttlefish

# Get the code and go to the Android source code root directory

launch_cvd

Open https://localhost:8443/ in your web browser, you can find the Thread demoapp (with the Thread logo) in the cuttlefish instance. Open it and have fun with Thread!
