Remove target preparer for epskc_enabled flag ... The flag is read-only, and is tested with flag filtering. The target preparer was prepared for manual testing before the flag was rolled out in M25-02. [Thread][API] add API for ephemeral key. ... This CL adds the API for starting/stopping the ephemeral key mode, and subscribing to the ephemeral key state changes. Enabled CtsThreadNetworkTestCases for secondary_user_on_secondary_display ... secondary_user_on_secondary_display is for background users that have access to UI on assigned displays (a.k.a. visible background users) on devices that have config_multiuserVisibleBackgroundUsers enabled. The main use case is Automotive's multi-display Whole Cabin experience where passengers (modeled as visible background users) can interact with the display in front of them concurrently with the driver (modeled as the the current user) interacting with driver's display. Use DeviceFeatureModuleController to run tests only if the device has the required feature. ... This is to avoid running tests on devices that do not support Thread.
