Update LZ4 compression library to the latest stable version 1.10.0
for improved performance and bug fixes.

Changes:
- Upgrade LZ4 from [previous version] to 1.10.0
- Remove lz4hc (high compression) variant to simplify codebase
- Update API calls to match new LZ4 interface
- Maintain compatibility with existing ZRAM integration
Benefits:
- Enhanced compression/decompression performance
- Reduced memory usage during compression
- Latest security fixes and stability improvements
- Simplified maintenance without lz4hc complexity
The removal of lz4hc reduces kernel size while standard LZ4 provides
sufficient compression performance for most use cases.
