This commit adds a new sysctl accept_ra_rt_info_min_plen that
defines the minimum acceptable prefix length of Route Information
Options. The new sysctl is intended to be used together with
accept_ra_rt_info_max_plen to configure a range of acceptable
prefix lengths. It is useful to prevent misconfigurations from
unintentionally blackholing too much of the IPv6 address space
(e.g., home routers announcing RIOs for fc00::/7, which is
incorrect).

Add enable_flow flag to the prio qdisc. Packet flow is enabled by
default, but can be disabled from userspace (e.g. IPROUTE2 tc tool).
This allows for suspending packet dequeue on a per-qdisc basis,
which is needed to support Quality of Service (QOS).
Export a function that will look up desired qdisc and call it's
registered change function to enable/disable flow. This API also
returns the size of the qdisc in order to be able to collect data on
the size of the qdisc before doing flow control operations. This is
required to effectively diagnose the state of the queues when
debugging flow control.
Additionally, check if the queue to do flow control on supports the
required functionality and will WARN_ONCE and return if the
requirements are not met.

For usecases like High Speed Recording(HSR), High Frame
Recording(HFR), Video and Camera sub-systems need to exchange
more than 32 buffers. This is needed meet strict timing
requirements and to make sure that no sub-system is starving
for buffers due to latencies in both the SW stacks.
Currently, V4L2 framework supports buffer exchange for only 32
buffers. Hence increase the Max supported buffer counts from 32
to 64.

binder_fd_array_object starts with a 4-byte header,
followed by a few fields that are 8 bytes when
ANDROID_BINDER_IPC_32BIT=N.
This can cause alignment issues in a 64-bit kernel
with a 32-bit userspace, as on x86_32 an 8-byte primitive
may be aligned to a 4-byte address. Pad with a __u32
to fix this.

commit 93faccbbfa958a9668d3ab4e30f38dd205cee8d8 upstream.
To support unprivileged users mounting filesystems two permission
checks have to be performed: a test to see if the user allowed to
create a mount in the mount namespace, and a test to see if
the user is allowed to access the specified filesystem.
The automount case is special in that mounting the original filesystem
grants permission to mount the sub-filesystems, to any user who
happens to stumble across the their mountpoint and satisfies the
ordinary filesystem permission checks.
Attempting to handle the automount case by using override_creds
almost works. It preserves the idea that permission to mount
the original filesystem is permission to mount the sub-filesystem.
Unfortunately using override_creds messes up the filesystems
ordinary permission checks.
Solve this by being explicit that a mount is a submount by introducing
vfs_submount, and using it where appropriate.
vfs_submount uses a new mount internal mount flags MS_SUBMOUNT, to let
sget and friends know that a mount is a submount so they can take appropriate
action.
sget and sget_userns are modified to not perform any permission checks
on submounts.
follow_automount is modified to stop using override_creds as that
has proven problemantic.
do_mount is modified to always remove the new MS_SUBMOUNT flag so
that we know userspace will never by able to specify it.
autofs4 is modified to stop using current_real_cred that was put in
there to handle the previous version of submount permission checking.
cifs is modified to pass the mountpoint all of the way down to vfs_submount.
debugfs is modified to pass the mountpoint all of the way down to
trace_automount by adding a new parameter. To make this change easier
a new typedef debugfs_automount_t is introduced to capture the type of
the debugfs automount function.

We only support breakpoint/watchpoint of length 1, 2, 4 and 8. If we can
support other length as well, then user may watch more data with less
number of watchpoints (provided hardware supports it). For example: if we
have to watch only 4th, 5th and 6th byte from a 64 bit aligned address, we
will have to use two slots to implement it currently. One slot will watch a
half word at offset 4 and other a byte at offset 6. If we can have a
watchpoint of length 3 then we can watch it with single slot as well.
ARM64 hardware does support such functionality, therefore adding these new
definitions in generic layer.

This is a snapshot of hardifletimer netfilter target as of msm-4.4
commit 469a150b7426 ("netfilter: xtables: hardidletimer target implementation")
This patch implements a hardidletimer Xtables target that can be
used to identify when interfaces have been idle for a certain period
of time.
Timers are identified by labels and are created when a rule is set
with a new label. The rules also take a timeout value (in seconds) as
an option. If more than one rule uses the same timer label, the timer
will be restarted whenever any of the rules get a hit.
One entry for each timer is created in sysfs. This attribute contains
the timer remaining for the timer to expire. The attributes are
located under the xt_idletimer class:
/sys/class/xt_hardidletimer/timers/<label>
When the timer expires, the target module sends a sysfs notification
to the userspace, which can then decide what to do (eg. disconnect to
save power)
Compared to xt_IDLETIMER, xt_HARDIDLETIMER can send notifications when
CPU is in suspend too, to notify the timer expiry.

commit 35879ee4769099905fa3bda0b21e73d434e2df6a upstream.
This reverts 'commit 7e0739cd9c ("[media] videodev2.h: fix
sYCC/AdobeYCC default quantization range").
The problem is that many drivers can convert R'G'B' content (often
from sensors) to Y'CbCr, but they all produce limited range Y'CbCr.
To stay backwards compatible the default quantization range for
sRGB and AdobeRGB Y'CbCr encoding should be limited range, not full
range, even though the corresponding standards specify full range.
Update the V4L2_MAP_QUANTIZATION_DEFAULT define accordingly and
also update the documentation.
