Add two helpers to access the field reserved for private controller data.
This makes it clearer what this field is reserved for and ease future

mtd: nand: use nand_check_erased_ecc_chunk in default ECC read functions
The default NAND read functions are relying on the underlying controller
driver to correct bitflips, but some of those controllers cannot properly
fix bitflips in erased pages.
Check for bitflips in erased pages in default core functions if the driver
delegated the this check by setting the NAND_ECC_GENERIC_ERASED_CHECK flag.

mtd: spi-nor: fix Spansion regressions (aliased with Winbond)
Spansion and Winbond have occasionally used the same manufacturer ID,
and they don't support the same features. Particularly, writing SR=0
seems to break read access for Spansion's s25fl064k. Unfortunately, we
don't currently have a way to differentiate these Spansion and Winbond
parts, so rather than regressing support for these Spansion flash, let's
drop the new Winbond lock/unlock support for now. We can try to address
Winbond support during the next release cycle.

mtd: sh_flctl: pass FIFO as physical address
By convention, the FIFO address we pass using dmaengine_slave_config
is a physical address in the form that is understood by the DMA
engine, as a dma_addr_t, phys_addr_t or resource_size_t.

The sh_flctl driver however passes a virtual __iomem address that
gets cast to dma_addr_t in the slave driver. This happens to work
on shmobile because that platform sets up an identity mapping for
its MMIO regions, but such code is not portable to other platforms,
and prevents us from ever changing the platform mapping or reusing
the driver on other architectures like ARM64 that might not have the
mapping.

We also get a warning about a type mismatch for the case that
dma_addr_t is wider than a pointer, i.e. when CONFIG_LPAE is set:

drivers/mtd/nand/sh_flctl.c: In function 'flctl_setup_dma':
drivers/mtd/nand/sh_flctl.c:163:17: warning: cast from pointer to integer of different size [-Wpointer-to-int-cast]
  cfg.dst_addr = (dma_addr_t)FLDTFIFO(flctl);

This changes the driver to instead pass the physical address of
the FIFO that is extracted from the MMIO resource, making the
code more portable and avoiding the warning.

mtd: nand: remove unused and buggy get_platform_nandchip() helper function
Nobody uses the get_platform_nandchip() helper function which is supposed
to return a pointer to a platform_nand_chip struct from an mtd_info
pointer.
Moreover, this function is buggy since the introduction of the plat_nand
layer (chip->priv is now storing a pointer to an intermediate
plat_nand_data structure allocated in plat_nand_probe(), and we have no
way to retrieve a pointer to the provided platform_nand_chip struct from
this plat_nand_data pointer).

While we are at it, remove the useless (and buggy, since it's pointing to
something stored on the stack) data->chip.priv assignment.

mtd: partitions: support a cleanup callback for parsers
If partition parsers need to clean up their resources, we shouldn't
assume that all memory will fit in a single kmalloc() that the caller
can kfree(). We should allow the parser to provide a proper cleanup
routine.

Note that this means we need to keep a hold on the parser's module for a
bit longer, and release it later with mtd_part_parser_put().

Alongside this, define a default callback that we'll automatically use
if the parser doesn't provide one, so we can still retain the old
behavior.

mtd: nand: pass page number to ecc->write_xxx() methods
The ->read_xxx() methods are all passed the page number the NAND controller
is supposed to read, but ->write_xxx() do not have such a parameter.

This is a problem if we want to properly implement data
scrambling/randomization in order to mitigate MLC sensibility to repeated
pattern: to prevent bitflips in adjacent pages in the same block we need
to avoid repeating the same pattern at the same offset in those pages,
hence the randomizer/scrambler engine need to be passed the page value
in order to adapt its seed accordingly.

Moreover, adding the page parameter to the ->write_xxx() methods add some
consistency to the current API.

mtd: spi-nor: Decouple SPI NOR's device_node from controller device
The problem this patch is trying to address is such, that SPI NOR flash
devices attached to a dedicated SPI NOR controller cannot read their
properties from the associated struct device_node.

A couple of facts first:
1) Each SPI NOR flash has a struct spi_nor associated with it.
2) Each SPI NOR flash has certain device properties associated
   with it, for example the OF property 'm25p,fast-read' is a
   good pick. These properties are used by the SPI NOR core to
   select which opcodes are sent to such SPI NOR flash. These
   properties are coming from spi_nor .dev->of_node .

The problem is, that for SPI NOR controllers, the struct spi_nor .dev
element points to the struct device of the SPI NOR controller, not the
SPI NOR flash. Therefore, the associated dev->of_node also is the
one of the controller and therefore the SPI NOR core code is trying to
parse the SPI NOR controller's properties, not the properties of the
SPI NOR flash.

Note: The m25p80 driver is not affected, because the controller and
      the flash are the same device, so the associated device_node
      of the controller and the flash are the same.

This patch adjusts the SPI NOR core such that the device_node is not
picked from spi_nor .dev directly, but from a new separate spi_nor
.flash_node element. This let's the SPI NOR controller drivers set up
a different spi_nor .flash_node element for each SPI NOR flash.

This patch also fixes the controller drivers to be compatible with
this modification and correctly set the spi_nor .flash_node element.

mtd: spi-nor: add forward declaration for mtd_info
This header can't actually stand alone, as it relies on the declaration
(but not definition) of struct mtd_info. Let's fix that.

mtd: cfi: deinline large functions
With this .config: http://busybox.net/~vda/kernel_config,
after uninlining these functions have sizes and callsite counts
as follows:

cfi_build_cmd(): 274 bytes, 123 callsites
cfi_build_cmd_addr(): 49 bytes, 15 callsites
cfi_merge_status(): 230 bytes, 3 callsites

mtd: nand: add common DT init code
These are already-documented common bindings for NAND chips. Let's
handle them in nand_base.

If NAND controller drivers need to act on this data before bringing up
the NAND chip (e.g., fill out ECC callback functions, change HW modes,
etc.), then they can do so between calling nand_scan_ident() and
nand_scan_tail().

mtd: clean up whitespace in linux/mtd/map.h
As the only comments I got for the "mtd: cfi: reduce stack size"
patch were about whitespace changes, it appears necessary to fix
up the rest of the file as well, which contains the exact same
mistakes.
