[WIRELESS]: Refactor wireless Kconfig.
This patch refactors the wireless Kconfig all over and already
introduces net/wireless/Kconfig with just the WEXT bit for now,
the cfg80211 patch will add to that as well.

[CRYPTO] users: Select ECB/CBC where needed
CRYPTO_MANAGER is selected automatically by CONFIG_ECB and CONFIG_CBC.

config CRYPTO_ECB
        tristate "ECB support"
        select CRYPTO_BLKCIPHER
        select CRYPTO_MANAGER

I've added CONFIG_ECB to the ones you mentioned and CONFIG_CBC to
gssapi.

Kconfig: IEEE80211 should not depend on NET_RADIO
We should not restrict use of ieee80211 to only when wireless drivers
are enabled. In-development and out-of-tree drivers may wish to use it,
and by removing this restriction we eliminate a circular dependency.

[PATCH] fix IEEE80211_CRYPT_* selects
Some of the options didn't obey the most important rule of select

If you select something, you have to ensure that the dependencies
of what you do select are fulfilled.

This patch adds the missing selects of CRYPTO (similar to how
IEEE80211_CRYPT_WEP already does it).

Yes, you could argue whether CRYPTO should be select'ed by the CRYPTO_*
options, but with the current CRYPTO* dependencies this patch is
required.
