This reverts commit 65e4113684.
Unlike the other cases Pavel fixed, this case did not
setup a netdev->destructor of free_netdev, therefore this
change was not correct.

Both br2684_push and br2684_exit do so, but unregister_netdev()
releases the device itself.

Recent header_ops change would break the following dead
code in br2684. Maintaining conditonal code in mainline is wrong.
"Do, or do not. There is no 'try.'"

Get rid of using DPRINTK macro in ATM and use pr_debug (in kernel.h).
Using the standard macro is cleaner and forces code to check for bad arguments
and formatting.

To clearly state the intent of copying to linear sk_buffs, _offset being a
overly long variant but interesting for the sake of saving some bytes.

For the cases where we want to set skb->mac.raw to an offset from skb->data.
Simple cases first, the memmove ones and specially pktgen will be left for later.

For the common, open coded 'skb->mac.raw = skb->data' operation, so that we can
later turn skb->mac.raw into a offset, reducing the size of struct sk_buff in
64bit land while possibly keeping it as a pointer on 32bit.
This one touches just the most simple case, next will handle the slightly more
"complex" cases.

Many struct file_operations in the kernel can be "const". Marking them const
moves these to the .rodata section, which avoids false sharing with potential
dirty data. In addition it'll catch accidental writes at compile time to
these shared resources.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
