It is always == '((base) + 0x206)' if CONFIG_IDE_ARCH_OBSOLETE_DEFAULTS=y
and it is not needed otherwise (arm, blackfin, parisc, ppc64, sh, sparc[64]).

Add CONFIG_IDE_ARCH_OBSOLETE_INIT to drivers/ide/Kconfig and use it instead
of defining IDE_ARCH_OBSOLETE_INIT in <arch/ide.h>.

This showed that arch/sparc64/kernel/ptrace.c was not getting
the define properly, and thus the code protected by this ifdef
was never actually compiled before. So fix that too.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
