include: ipc_logging: fix compile error ... When disable CONFIG_IPC_LOGGING, the EINVAL will be used but undefined. Include the err.h to fix the compiling error. soc: qcom: ipc_logging: Add enable/disable feature for IPC log ... This feature allow enabling/disabling IPC logs through debugfs on per client basis. Also, it provides feature for enabling/disabling IPC logs for all the clients.
