This already known in the past when they created GmsCore repository. ReVanced Team does have changes to force users to use their specific microG with package name : app.revanced.android.gms

I don't have any solution yet since my Vanced+ microG still use the package name : com.mgoogle.android.gms. Changing package name to the same as ReVanced specific microG will lead to conflict with their community, sorry.

If you still want to use Vanced+ microG with ReVanced/RVX/ReX, patch it with com.mgoogle id value (put in custom value on GmsCore patch)

What version, build revanced will be compatible with yours microg+? Last blocked version RVX worked good with yours.
For now I found with latest, the MicrogRE work good
