This commit also fixes the apps are not hidden from the Play Store.
NOTE: DO NOT enable the "Detector/Checker apps" preset for the Play Store, otherwise you cannot check for the Play Integrity.
* Remove unnecessary dependencies, begin to update current dependencies, convert AboutActivity to AboutFragment

The old implementation uses the property values to enable the app data or vold app data isolation and this is detectable unless someone removes props. I hooked over services and applied values to them directly instead of adding props.
